It is a simple fact of life that your computer will lose some of its performance as time goes by. There are a variety of factors that negatively impact its speed: errors in the Windows registry, a spyware or virus infection, unneeded processes running in the background and eating up system resources, and junk files needlessly cluttering your drives. RegCure Pro is an efficient and properly good optimization tool that can help with all these problems and improve your computer’s speed and performance.

It will only take a moment to get the 4.7MB RegCure Pro installation file off the web and onto your computer. Run the file and a setup wizard will guide you through the installation process. It must be mentioned here that you can choose between a recommended Default installation option and a Custom installation option meant for advanced users. It must also be mentioned that RegCure Pro is compatible with 32 and 64-bit editions of Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.

The first time you run RegCure Pro on your Windows-powered computer, the application will immediately go to work and will start looking for problems that lead to performance loss. The problems are grouped in five categories: System Problems (Active X, system and Registry issues), Malware (viruses, spyware, Trojans, and so on), Performance Problems (unneeded processes that are eating up system resources), Privacy Items (confidential and sensitive information that could compromise your privacy), and Junk Files (files that are needlessly taking up space and cluttering your drives). After completing the scan, RegCure Pro tells you how many problems it uncovered and offers to fix them.

A registered version of RegCure Pro will fix all the problems it uncovers; a trial version will not. The RegCure Pro trial will scan for and detect problems that lead to performance loss, but will not fix them. The trial version will not let you access the Process Manager and Defragmenter from the Tools menu either.

On top of the aforementioned Process Manager and Defragmenter, you will also find a Startup Manager (displays all programs that run at startup and lets you disable them), a File Manager (enter a file extension and the application will find software to open that type of file) and BHO Manager (lets you disable system items and other items).

You can run a manual scan of your system to uncover performance problems, or you can schedule a scan to be run automatically. You can do that from the Settings menu, the Scan Schedule tab.

RegCure Pro is quite easy to use and you should not have any problems getting accustomed to the application. But if you do have any problems using this optimization tool, you can check out the detailed and comprehensive online Help file.

Under a good looking interface, RegCure Pro bundles several powerful tools to help boost your computer’s speed and performance. It’s a properly good optimization tool that does a lot for your computer: fixes Registry problems, removes junk files, defragments your drives, removes malware, and more.

Lightweight download and a simple installation process; both take little time to complete. RegCure Pro is compatible with 32 and 64-bit editions of XP, Vista, and Windows 7. A good looking and easy to figure out interface with tabs for the main functions on the left hand side. Run a manual scan of the system or schedule scans to run automatically. RegCure Pro detects ActiveX and Registry issues, malware, unneeded processes, and junk files. Comes with a Process, Startup, File, and BHO Manager, and it can defragment your drives.

The trial version detects problems but does not fix them.
